Biography of U Myo Hein

U Myo Hein's academic journey includes obtaining a B. Econ (Stats) and Master of Banking and Finance from Yangon University of Economics, Certified Public Accountant, Diploma in IT from HRC, UK International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies from NCC, UK and ACCA Final. Currently, he is a candidate for a Master of Insurance degree, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
He embarked on his career journey by joining an Accounting Software house as a System Analyst. His primary responsibility involves developing accounting system tailored to meet the needs of software user companies. And then, he served in various roles within the financial sector. He began his career as a Finance Manager at the infrastructure company Group of Minnahnawrahtar Companies. Subsequently, he transitioned to roles as a Senior Financial Analyst at RGK and ZNA companies. In this capacity, he specialized in performing tasks such as PPP (Public-Private Partnership) Projects, Investment Analysis, Processes of MIC (Myanmar Investment Commission) proposal, and Financial Modelling for collaborative government and private projects. His diverse experiences demonstrate his proficiency in financial management and analysis across different sectors. U Myo Hein played a crucial role in executing and providing expertise in various financial processes for companies, including: Budget Planning Process, Merger and Acquisition Process, Financial Management Process for companies. In these roles, he demonstrated proficiency in financial management and provided valuable insights and support to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence within the companies he served.
In 2016, U Myo Hein established his consulting firm named Myanmar Enterprise Solutions Company Limited. Since then, he and his team have been providing a comprehensive range of services to over 300 companies. These services include corporate secretarial services, investment project advisory, financial and accounting services, logo trademark registration services, auditing, taxation and assistance with the liquidation process, acting as insolvency practitioners.
U Myo Hein's firm offers a one-stop solution for various financial needs, supporting clients from the formation of their companies to the liquidation process. This comprehensive service approach reflects his commitment to providing holistic financial solutions and ensuring the success and compliance of the companies he serves.
In 2022, U Myo Hein expanded his entrepreneurial endeavors by founding another company named Kar Kwal Par. This new venture specializes in providing business-to-business (B2B) corporate insurance services for a wide range of general products. Through Kar Kwal Par, he aims to offer integrated insurance services to customers, helping them mitigate risks and safeguard their assets and operations. This initiative demonstrates his ongoing commitment to diversifying his business interests and meeting the evolving needs of corporate clients in the insurance sector.
